I called last minute at nearly 7pm on Friday. They came out at 8am Monday and replaced an outside hose bib for me here in Arlington! Great customer service and great work!! I will be contacting them again soon for some other things I need done! Thank you Made's Plumbing!!

I’m not usually one to write reviews but these guys deserve the five star review and more. I had two issues, the first being a broken outdoor faucet which they fixed and then two days later I had another unrelated issue which they were happy to fix. The communication was great, they came out between the times they said they were, did the job professionally and in good quality and let me know what was going on every step. Personable guys too- please if you’re having issues with plumbing, look no further than these guys.

We had a leak in our parking lot on Sunday after The severe freeze. I promptly called Ben with Made’s Plumbing, and they arrived promptly and within 24 hours to identify and repair the leak. Their expedited service is truly exceptional.

Ben and his team replaced the sewer line from the house to the street at our Duncanville home. We had been experiencing backups and they responded quickly and evaluated with a camera the condition of our old cast iron pipes and identified several areas in the front lawn where roots had compromised the sewer pipe and noted the overall poor condition of the pipe. The sewer pipe installation was performed very professionally for a reasonable price and we were always updated on progress and next steps. The dig crew and Ben’s plumbing team did a great job with the new sewer line, very courteous at all times, great communication and cleanup was A+. We would definitely recommend Ben and Made’s Plumbing.

My mom recommended Ben to us and he installed a water heater and garbage disposal for us almost 4 yrs ago. Everything has been working great. Had him back to fix some other issues recently and he was able to repair an existing faucet saving us hundreds. He’s courteous, efficient, and honest. Highly recommend him and his team.

Mades Plumbing did a great job for us when they replaced the wax seals in two toilets and replaced our outside faucets front and back. They were professional, courteous and highly competent. Ben took special pains to make sure all work was done correctly. He also took the time to inspect our garbage disposal and water heater and assisted me in getting warranty service on the water heater. We will be calling them for future work and wholeheartedly recommend Mades Plumbing to anyone in need of quality plumbing services.

Mades Plumbing came out to repair a persistent leaking valve on our tub. They did a wonderful job after three over providers had failed. I'm thrilled beyond words! While here they agreed to reset a toilet whose wax ring had disappeared into the ether! No more rocking! We ALSO had a bar sink that was backed up and they were able to clear that too! They went way above and beyond to see that our needs were met! Will always use them in the future! Thanks guys!
